Our Expertise

Before the construction phase of the project begins, VAE project managers and site managers work with the engineering team to ensure that all equipment selected is able to meet both the construction program and the project building constraints. Our QA checks prior to construction reduce lost time and improve productivity.

Every project starts with a site safety plan documenting risks and mitigation before we begin. A quality plan is also developed to ensure installations are performed without defective products or workmanship. In the next phase, a commissioning and hand-over plan is developed to ensure installed systems will be completed on time and in accordance with the commissioning program. Only once planning is complete do we construct. Our secret to a trouble-free construction schedule is to provide quality supervisors who think two steps ahead of the game.
