The Milton was our first high-rise apartment building with Hutchinson Builders. Since then we have worked with them on 10 high-rise apartment buildings including student accommodations and aged care. VAE was the design and construct contractor for mechanical services, including the fit-out of HVAC systems for the entire building.

Located near the iconic XXXX brewery, The Milton Residencies is a mixed use residential tower of 32 storeys with approximately 301 residential units, 334 car park, 1254m2 of retail, 1188m2 of commercial office and a Queensland Railway station entry. It’s also Brisbane’s first site of the major integrated Transit Orientated Development plan.
