VAE was contracted to provide the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for the Administration Building, Grounds Care, Prep General learning, Amenities building, Resource Information Centre, and Junior Amenities buildings.
The HVAC plant consists of a mixture of DX split systems and VRV systems, as well as ceiling mounted cassettes and exhaust systems.
Control is provided by standalone proprietary control system for each unit with local control provided to each unit.
