VAE Group Next Generation“Built in Certainty” isn’t just for our customers

At VAE, we are excited to do our part in training and developing the next generation of tradespeople in the HVAC industry. By providing apprenticeships to local young and mature aged people we are not only helping to create exciting new careers, we are also ensuring that our industry has a future.

At any given time, VAE have over twenty active apprentices, including refrigeration mechanics, plumbers and electricians. VAE has a proven track record in supporting apprentices in a diversified and safe working environment. Our apprentices are well supervised by experienced tradespeople and have the opportunity to work on a variety of sites ranging from preventative maintenance works to large construction projects.
