NT Government's New Health HeadquartersManunda Place, Darwin

Select Services Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, a VAE Group Company, are proud to be working with @Hutchies1912 on the Northern Territory government’s new Health headquarters – Manunda Place located in Darwin’s CBD.

Construction of the nine storey building on the corner of Knuckey and Cavenagh Streets started in January this year and is now well underway.

The project is expected to create more than 250 construction jobs for its duration, with Hutchies focusing on hiring local suppliers and contractors.

As proud Territorians, Select Services are honoured to be undertaking the mechanical services for the project. We are thrilled to be involved in the first major office building project in last two years in Darwin and we look forward to working closely with Hutchies in the Territory.

Manunda Place is on track for project completion by mid-2020.
