Mantra Trilogy Tower One – Cairns
We are excited to be working with the Body Corporate for Trilogy Tower One Cairns for the HVAC upgrade and Roof level remediation works. Mantra Trilogy is located on the Cairns Esplanade in the heart of Cairns.
The project consists of the end-of-life replacement of the rooftop chiller plant including remediation of the rooftop waterproof membrane as well as replacement of the apartment fan coil units with new energy efficiency units with EC fans. As part of the upgrade the apartments will have new digital controls installed to monitor and maintain temperature and humidity conditions in each apartment. The existing outside air pre-conditioner that serves level 3 to 12 will also be replaced with new plant.
The project will involve complex logistical management for the replacement of the roof top plant which will be managed by VAE’s internal logistics and rigging crew.
