In order to better respect the communities in which we work, and our responsibilities to the traditional owners of the land, VAE undertook Cultural Awareness Training for our staff members that covered many topics around the history and traditions of the communities we are working in.
In recognition of our team gaining a greater appreciation for our First Peoples, VAE have commissioned symbolic shirts for our technicians and staff. We wanted to visually acknowledge, and thank, the traditional owners for the privilege of letting us visit and work in their lands.
