At VAE Group we strive to improve on the relationship between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-indigenous Australians by engaging in the Nations in which we work.
We work in over 43 nations throughout Eastern Australia and the Northern Territory, working with elders and communities to provide training and job opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Providing community members with skills that assist their communities for generations to follow and allowing VAE to contribute to the economy of the communities in which we briefly live, and work.
The following video highlights some of the community work our team on the Thursday Island Hospital Upgrade project are undertaking, and the Torres Strait Nations schools that we currently service and maintain.
