VAE have successfully delivered multiple Integration Platforms for Mirvac’s portfolio of new building developments, and 40 Miller Street represents the inclusion of one of Mirvac’s existing buildings into the portfolio wide system.
VAE were engaged by Forge Venture Management on behalf of Mirvac to design, install, engineer and commission a range of technology upgrades throughout the asset such as a full new Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management system, People Counting, Integrated Communications Network (ICN), and the integration of five other services into Mirvac’s smart Building Integration Platform.
With the addition of 40 Miller Street into the portfolio Integration Platform, the Mirvac Facility Management team are able to interrogate and respond quickly to potential issues via the “Single Pane of Glass” that providers a common interface across the entire portfolio of buildings regardless of the asset age or the technologies installed. This enables Mirvac to manage their assets efficiently and effectively, and benchmark building performance across the asset portfolio.
