360 Queen Street Integrated Building Platform

Hutchies have engaged VAE Group to undertake the Integrated Building Platform for 360 Queen Street which is now well underway.

360 Queen Street is a premium-grade commercial tower located in Brisbane's Golden Triangle, developed by Charter Hall and Investa. With a focus on wellness, sustainability, and nature, this building aims to create a new benchmark in workplace experience. 

The tower features over 45,000 square meters of office space spread across 33 levels, including high-quality end-of-trip facilities, innovative technology, integrated business hub, wellness centre facilities, and mixed mode winter gardens and landscaped terraces.

The building’s design targets 6 Star Green Star and 5 star NABERS ratings, along with WELL Platinum Certification, all of which Hutchies has extensive experience in achieving across Australia.

Project construction is well underway, and VAE are working closely with the Hutchies Project team and various trade subcontractors to integrate the various building sub-systems that will form the basis of the Integrated Building Platform.

The resulting user interface will provide “single pane of glass” into all the building systems. This is only made possible by close collaboration with client user groups and stakeholders to design the bespoke User Interface (UI) tailored to 360 Queen Street and its operations.
